You can deposit Rupiah into Pintu using the following methods:

What payment methods are accepted for making a deposit?

Deposit fees at Pintu may vary depending on the method and policies of the third party used, including banks or e-wallet providers.


<h2 class="wp-block-heading">1. Bank Transfer (Virtual Account)</h2>


Pintu does not charge for deposits via bank transfer. However, some banks may impose additional admin fees at their discretion.

<li>Mandiri: Admin fee of Rp2,500 per transaction to Mandiri Virtual Account.</li>

Other banks such as BCA, BRI, and Permata may also potentially charge fees, depending on the bank&#8217;s internal policies.

Fees are determined by each e-wallet provider and charged to users:

How much is the fee charged for Deposit transactions?

Yes, the minimum deposit limit is Rp50.000 per transaction, while the maximum deposit limit is Rp50.000.000.000 per transaction.

Is there a minimum and maximum deposit limit for BCA Virtual Account deposits?

You can contact the Pintu team via live chat or email at <a href="mailto:help@pintu.co.id" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">help@pintu.co.id</a> so that our team can whitelist the account, allowing you to use the BCA or BRI VA deposit with that account in the future.

What if there is a typo in the name on my bank account or the name on my KYC at Pintu?

No, you can only make a deposit from a personal account with the same name as the one registered on Pintu.

Can I make a deposit from someone else’s account?

BCA deposits is unavailable at 23:00 &#8211; 00. During that time, you’ll not be able to make deposits via BCA.

Is deposit via BCA available 24 hours?

If there’s an issue with your transfer, Pintu will need max. 5 business days to resolve the problem.

If there’s an issue with my transfer, how long would it take to resolve the problem?

As long as you transfer the correct amount (along with the unique code), your funds will be instantly received in your Pintu wallet.



If you transfer the wrong amount, Pintu will need max. 5 business days until the funds is received in your Rupiah balance.

If I input the wrong transfer amount, how long will it take for my funds to be received in my Pintu wallet?

<li>Enter the BCA Virtual Account number and press Confirm.</li>



<li>Enter the desired amount.</li>



<li>Review the transaction details and select Yes.</li>



<li>Transaction successful.</li>

For the deposit method via BCA Virtual Account (VA), the account holder&#8217;s name must match the user&#8217;s name provided during KYC (Account Verification)

How to deposit via BCA Virtual Account (VA)?

The minimum amount for BCA deposit is IDR 50.000/transaction.

The fees charged for deposit transactions on Pintu vary based on the method used.
For deposits using bank transfers, no fees are charged to users.
For deposits using e-wallets, the fees depend on each service:

Normally, Rupiah balance will instantly added to your Pintu account after you make a deposit.
If after some time the Rupiah balance isn’t added to your account, and the deposit transaction has been stated successful, please contact our Customer Support team and provide these information: &#8211;

How long does it take for the Rupiah balance to increase after making a deposit?

Virtual Account numbers usually don’t show up because verification process hasn’t been completed, or because there’s a problem generating the Virtual Account.
If your account has been verified, but the Virtual Account number still doesn’t show up, please contact our Customer Support team and provide these information:

Why don’t I get the VA number of the bank from which I want to make deposit?

Before you can start investing in or trading crypto assets, you have to deposit Rupiah balance first. Here are the steps to deposit Rupiah balance to your Pintu account:

If you choose to make your deposit using the VA transfer method, make the transfer funds to Pintu’s Virtual Account. For more information, follow the instructions on the page of your preferred deposit method.
You can transfer funds from all banks in Indonesia. We will notify you once the funds have been successfully deposited to your Rupiah wallet.

Can I use a credit card for to make a deposit?

Delay in receiving Rupiah balance after making a deposit can be caused by several factors, such as problem with the bank, e-wallet, or Pintu.
If your Rupiah balance doesn’t increase after a while when the deposit has been confirmed successful, please contact our Customer Support by providing these information:

Why doesn’t my Rupiah balance increase after making a deposit?

The minimum deposit transaction amount is Rp50.000 and there is no maximum amount of Rupiah deposit on Pintu. However, there is a minimum transfer amount imposed by respective payment services, whether it’s the bank account or e-wallet.
Note: The minimum transfer amount is Rp50.000 and depends on the policies set by respective payment services.
